The new TREDIS 3.7 release provides enhanced features to assist you in making transportation project decisions taking into account economic factors. The focus of the latest TREDIS release is enhanced productivity, more refined analyses, and improved usability.Analyze Custom Geographic Regions

Now you can analyze Custom Regions, such as a metropolitan region that spans parts of multiple counties, or a smaller city that consists of a small number of zip codes. For projects involving pedestrians or bicycles, TREDIS now has these modes built in and still allows you to add custom modes as relevant to your analysis needs.

With TREDIS 3.7, a new Project Summary Report has been created to simplify getting to the important results quickly. This new report summarizes the inputs provided to the model, and shows the results in an easy to read format including new graphic charts that quickly show the economic impact of your project. This new report is complemented by an easier to use Report Menu page that gets you quickly to the information you want.

Organize with New Project Management FeaturesFor organizations that have large numbers of projects to analyze, the new Project Management features allow you to group projects by analyst, region, project type, or any other desired grouping.

Interact with Other Systems with Import/Export Functions

You can now more easily Import project details into TREDIS in a batch mode to ease migration from other systems to TREDIS. This new capability allows importing the results of your travel demand models into TREDIS. And, you can Export the results to be in a form that can be used by virtually any custom post-processing system.

As always, each TREDIS release updates the data sources used by the analyis engine, and TREDIS 3.7 does as well. With TREDIS 3.7, FAF3 support has been incorporated and the Freight Reports have been updated to make them even more useful.
