TREDIS v3.5.3 Improvements Implemented Print

In September 2008, version 3.5.3 is being rolled out. It incorporates the following changes:

New TREDIS improvements:

  • Labor market access maps
  • Truck delivery area access maps
  • Commodity flow tables
  • Construction timing analysis
  • Salvage value

Other recent improvements:

  • Improved cost report
  • Multiple perspectives of benefits and costs: National vs. Study Area
  • New method for reconciling mode shifts, time-of-day shifts, and induced travel (see TRB paper)
  • Better reporting of travel demand changes on Direct Impact reports
