TREDIS Support Services

TREDIS is easy to use. We provide training for new users and assistance in applying it for ongoing users. TREDIS has a fully-illustrated User Instruction Manual that walks users through the process of using the system. There are also technical support documents to further aid users with specific tasks. Most users find the web interface to be quite straightforward to follow, requiring minimal additional training. However, a wide range of further support services are also available:

Training - Our basic training is provided via an interactive web and telephone process. To date, users report that the instructions are easy enough to follow, and the telephone/web support sufficient, so that in-person staff training is not normally required. However, it is available as an add-on option.

Help Desk - Our telephone help desk service provides assistance to answer user questions. This is further aided by the web-based format of TREDIS, which enables our support staff and the user to both log in and see the same TREDIS pages on their computer screens. There is no charge to users.

Forum - At the Forum, you can ask questions and get answers, or view previously-asked questions and see the replies and discussion that follow.  Anyone can read it, and after registering you are free to add your own questions and replies.  Use the link on the upper left to access the Forum.

TREDIS Consulting - For those uses who prefer to have TREDIS applied and run for them by experienced consultants, we provide both in-house consulting services and referrals to outside consultants. In addition, we provide custom interfaces for integrating TREDIS with other databases, models and analysis systems.
