Our telephone help desk service is always available 9-5 (eastern time) Monday-Friday, and an off-hours emergency number is also provided to users if needed. Simple questions can be answered on the phone. If needed, we can also utilize the web-based format of TREDIS so that our experienced staff can view what is on the user's screen and walk the user through appropriate solutions.
