The basic training consists of one or two one-hour sessions in which we walk through a typical TREDIS session. Up to 12 people can participate. This is normally done remotely, using the web-based format of TREDIS which enables our experienced staff to talk with trainees as they operate TREDIS, while both are seeing the exact same views on their computer screens. That way, all parties can have the same online experience and training can be fully customized to address user questions and issues. Our technology even allows for the trainees to be located in different locations from each other, yet all experience the same computer screen views.

To date, users report that the instructions are easy enough to follow, and the telephone/web support sufficient, so that in-person staff training is not normally required. However, such training is also available upon request. Other training material and technical support documents are also available to registered users and prospective users upon request.
