TREDIS and TREDPLAN customers get their baseline forecast updated upon annual renewal. We’ve now added an add-on option for customers to order a new baseline now to reflect the post-COVID forecasts of Moody’s Analytics and our extrapolation from them.

The new baseline is different for every county in the U.S., but generally reflects trends toward delayed economic growth but accelerated trends in e-commerce and telecommuting. 

Forecasts are available for 2020-2050.
